How can a teaching team function collaboratively—where each teacher is a valued member of the team?
The Implementing a Team Teaching Approach webinar dives deep to answer that question.
Early childhood educators often work in a team to care for young children. Often there are anywhere from 2-5 adults in a classroom. Yet, these adults aren’t always left feeling that their opinions are valued equally because of differing titles (e.g., lead vs. aide), job expectations, time for planning, and other subtle cues from leadership.
Led by Dr. Rachel Larimore, this webinar asks viewers to reflect on how teachers are currently interacting within a teaching team. She then challenges educators to consider how they might create a more collaborative team when implementing nature-based education.
